Services for Ada Lee Tierce Rhinehart, 80, of Rock Run will be Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Piedmont with the Rev. Ricky Pollard and the Rev. Jeff Chambers officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery in Rock Run. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Rhinehart passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Cherokee Medical Center. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Fred Rhinehart of Rock Run; one sister, Glenda Plemons of Chattanooga, Tennessee; two grandsons, Nathan Miller and Cody Poole , both of Rock Run; a special niece, Joan R. Pollard of Centre and her caregivers, Carole Rhinehart, Glenda Hutcheson and Bonnie Hooper. Pallbearers will be Jeff Rhinehart, Joe Tierce, Gene Williams, Terry Plemons, David Rhinehart, Cody Poole and Lewis Plemons. Mrs. Rhinehart was a lifelong resident of Rock Run, a member of Rock Run Baptist Church and was a retired textile worker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Poole; parents, Sim and Leona Tierce; a brother, Bill Tierce and two sisters, Janelle Rhinehart and Mary Tierce.
